2. Obtain a centrelink financial asset assessment for entry to residential aged care or telephone Samarinda to discuss alternatives
3. Contact Samarinda and request an application pack or download from here
4. Complete the application form
5. Collate Aged Care Assessment, financial assessment and application form
6. Contact Samarinda to arrange a tour and interview
7. Attend with prospective resident and all paperwork
8. Receive notification of placement on waiting register.

2. Arrange a visitation to Elsie Salter House.
3. Discuss family carer / care recipient individual needs
4. Complete required service access documents including income assessment
